Refunds.

1. Scope

Sindro LLC sells digital software products and related services through product websites such as DupeDJ. Refund eligibility may vary by product, checkout terms, promotion, or applicable law.

2. Digital Software Purchases

Unless a product-specific refund policy says otherwise, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method through the payment processor used for the purchase.

3. Subscriptions and Renewals

If a Sindro product offers a subscription, cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Product-specific subscription and auto-renewal disclosures are provided on the applicable product website and checkout flow.
